TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS

PAPER

Paper sessions include oral presentations of four papers, followed by a discussion with the audience. Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes and will be moderated by the assigned chair. Four presenters are each given 15 minutes presentation time, followed by five minutes for questions. At the end of paper sessions, there is a 10-minute open discussion. To be accepted, empirical papers must contain research questions grounded in the state of the art, data, methods and results. Theoretical papers are welcome. Research at its earlier stages is suitable for poster sessions.

POSTER

Poster sessions offer researchers manifold opportunities to present their work visually in a concise manner and engage in interaction and discussion. Posters are usually ideal for work in its early stages and for novel and promising ideas.

SYMPOSIUM

Symposia combines a coherent set of papers on one or similar topics for discussion. Symposia sessions are moderated by a chair, involving 3-4 presenters and one discussant, from at least three different countries. Each symposium is scheduled for 90 minutes, allowing approximately 12-15 minutes of presentation time per speaker, 15 minutes for the discussant, and 15 minutes for open discussion.
