IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Time zone: Note that all session times are given in Central European Summer Time (CEST)
- Visa requirements: Check in advance whether you need a visa to travel to Switzerland
- Conference books: There will be no printed version of our “Conference Book” and “Full Book of Abstracts” – both are available online on our website only
- Photos and videos: Photos and videos will be taken during the event to capture the memorable moments, which may subsequently be published in printed and/or digital form on the communication channels (including social media) of the institutions involved in the organization. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed are requested to inform the organizers. Participants can request that photos or videos in which they appear be removed from the communication channels at any time by contacting the organizers. We respect your privacy and will ensure your request is honored
- Luggage Deposit: A luggage deposit will be available for your convenience at the conference site. For additional information, please contact our on-site staff. Please note that we are not held liable for any lost valuables. We therefore advise you to take all your valuables with you.
